International Academy for Intercultural Development (IAID), a novel institute for Dance, Music and Arts focused on providing quality training, is the first of its kind in Qatar. Founded in the year 2001 the academy aims at uniting diverse cultures from the east and west, with a desire to combine the old and the new, all brought together in the form of dance, music, arts, fitness and soft skill courses.

Acoustic / Classical Guitar
Instructors
• Has related and significant number of years of experience in
teaching Acoustic/Classical Guitar.
• Certified by a reputed school of Music.
• Has experience in teaching kids (6 – 18 years old) and adults.
• Candidates with Western Vocals or other field of expertise (i.e., can
play other instruments) is an advantage.


Piano/Electronic Keyboard
Instructors
• Has related and significant number of years experience in teaching
Piano / Electronic Keyboard.
• Certified by a reputed school of Music.
• Has experience in teaching kids (6 – 18 years old) and adults.
• Candidates with Western Vocals or other field of expertise (i.e., can
play other instruments) is an advantage.


Fitness / Aerobics Instructors
• Must have teaching experience.
• Able to design special fitness programs for males, females and kids.
• Preferred expertise in Aerobics, Pilates, Yoga, Muscle Tone, Dance
Exercise etc.
• Should possess qualifications in fitness.
• Candidates having an experience in Ballroom, Modern Dance and
similar dance forms is preferred.


Visual and Studio Arts
Instructors / Graphics
Designers
• Develops and implements his/her course outline in painting,
sketching, designing, sculpturing etc.
• Has experience in teaching and training kids (4 – 18 years) and
adults through workshops, formal sessions to name a few.
• Graduate of Fine Arts or any related Arts discipline.
• Ability to utilize design related software (Photoshop, Corel Draw,
Illustrator etc.) or a background in web development is an
advantage.


Classical Ballet Instructors
• Must have teaching experience.
• Certified classical ballet dancer from a reputed school of dance.
• Experience in performing and events management is preferred.
• Teaching abilities in other forms of dance will be an advantage.
Assistant Center Manager
• The Candidate must have successfully handled a supervisorial
related functions in Business Development, Marketing, Management
or Customer Service functions.
• With at least 5 years job experience in related position.
• With very good presentation and communication skills, peopleoriented,
knows how to multi-task, flexible and can work with
minimum supervision.
• Candidate with Management or Marketing experience in leading
membership sports or community clubs is a plus.
• Well-versed in using basic computer applications.
• With ISO 9001/2000 or similar process standards certification
background is an advantage.
Systems Developers
• With at least more than 5 years experience in web-based design/
development and systems development related projects.
• Can work under pressure and a team player.
• Has sufficient experience and knowledge in Network Administration,
System Integration, Database administration, system analysis and
design to name a few.
• Familiar with using design related software: Adobe Photoshop,
Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Pagemaker, Macromedia Freehand,
Photo Impact, Progressing skills in Macromedia Flash, 3D max, etc.
• Works well with different nationalities and background.
Ballroom Dance Instructors
• Has more than 5 years experience in teaching Ballroom dance (salsa,
cha-cha, tango, rumba to name a few) to adults and kids alike.
• Candidates having an experience in similar dance forms is preferred.
Events Executives
• Proficient in written and articulate in verbal communication.
• Must have necessary background in events management as well as
developing/executing marketing campaigns and activities.
• With very good coordination and people oriented skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft and other design software applications.
• Self starter and can work with minimum supervision.
• Capable to do multi-tasking tasks and a team player.
• With very good experience and background in Admin related
functions, PR, Marketing and Product Development is an advantage.
Western Vocals Instructors
• Has related and significant number of years of experience in
teaching vocals. Certified by a reputed school of Music.
• Has experience in teaching kids (4 – 18 years old) and adults
• Candidates with Piano/Keyboard or other related field (i.e., can
play other instruments) is an advantage.


Customer Service/Counsellor/
Receptionists
• Must have pleasing personality.
• Confident and presentable.
• Very good interpersonal and people skills.
• Can work with minimum supervision.
• Capable to do multi-tasking tasks and a team player.
• With significant and related background in Call Center, Customer
Service, Marketing, Admin environment.
• Has related experience in multi-cultural working environment.


Accounts and Operations
Coordinators
• Graduate of BS Accountancy or its equivalent / Board passer is an
advantage.
• With more than 5 years job-experience and related background in
Accounting, Finance, Audit, Market analysis, Business Development
and its related environment.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, technical
accounting skills, general accounting.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident and with very good interpersonal and people skills.
• With pleasing personality and can work as a team player.
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software (i.e., Peachtree in
particular) and other Microsoft applications (excel, word etc.).
• Has related experience in multi-cultural working environment.
