VAM Systems is currently looking for Data Quality Expert for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets and terms & conditions:
Key skills
•Understand Data Quality (DQ) Management Framework policies and standards.
•Experience in developing and rolling out data quality processes.
•Experience in identifying, assessing, monitoring, controlling, and mitigating Data Quality issues and risks.
•Expert and hands-on experience with SQL
•A comprehensive grasp of Data Management fundamentals, data governance processes, Master Data Management, Reference Data Management, Data Profiling and DQ rules.
•Professional data management certification (e.g. Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) is desirable to understand best practice data quality management, but not essential.
•Excellent quantitative data analysis, including the ability to draw insights from existing quantitative data quality reports & dashboards, as well as explore & summarize ‘raw’ data sets to discover insights.
•Robust project management skills to define & drive technology process improvement projects leveraging virtual teams to deliver permanent data quality improvements to data capture systems.
•Compelling presentation skills (both PowerPoint and in-person) to synthesize complex information and explain it in simple, compelling ways to senior stakeholders to secure buy-in.
Responsibilities
•Lead and implement data quality governance strategy.
•Develop, apply, and monitor data quality standards and targets.
•Define and take responsibility for data quality policies, processes, and procedures.
•Lead a team to build effective relationships with stakeholders and introduce effective communication to ensure data quality standards are understood.
•Assess, design, and implement Data Quality/Governance technological solutions.
•Manage Data Quality team, providing support, training, and development.
•Communicate data quality strategy and framework to technical and non-technical users.
The Selected candidate shall be deputed to one of the leading Banks in Bahrain
