Item description

We provide the following compensation package for Sales Executive position:
• Basic Salary • Transportation Allowance • Communication Allowance • Monthly Commission • Car Plan Program • Monetary and Non – Monetary Sales Incentives / Rewards

Responsibilities:
•Visits a minimum of six (6) clients (either existing or prospective) daily or thirty (30) weekly or 70 % in total on a monthly basis.
•Achieves the sales target for the year
•Prepares quotations depending on client’s requirements and secure confirmation of the rates through a signed conforme.
•Ensures completion of Client Application Form (CAF).
•Ensures proper maintenance of all existing accounts within one’s area for 3 months until account is transferred to Business Development Unit.
•Handles and resolves clients’ complaints within agreed timelines.
•Coordinates with departments concerned for all clients’ requirements to ensure client satisfaction levels are maintained.
•Serves the first three billing statements of the newly opened clients.
•Prepare and submits on time weekly KPI scorecards.
•Prepares and submits on time weekly Itinerary, Sales Highlights and monthly Sales Highlights.
•Obtains clients’ feedback on initial services, relays to concerned department and ensures resolution of problems/concerns to improve the service.
•Does regular representation and PR with the clients.
•Prepares sales and marketing plan for the target clients.
•Attends clients’ company events.
•Prepares yearly sales budget.
•Reviews and analyzes gross profit of the newly opened accounts.
•Monitors and manages any claims arising from the client.
•Prepares and reviews initial contract, claims agreements and the likes.
•Ensures that clients pay on time in accordance to agreed credit terms.
•Monitors clients’ credit standing in line with credit and collections guidelines.
•Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Logistics/Transportation/Business Studies/Administration/Management/Mass Communication, Mass Communication, Marketing or equivalent
•Minimum one (1) year working experience in forwarding industry
•Sales/operation/project experience in handling odd sizes cargo
•Able to secure profitable business
•Have an excellent analytical skills and result oriented
•Must be able to communicate in English and Tagalog to liase with client
•Good PC knowledge
•Willing to learn, team player, pro-active and initiative
•Preferably resides in Manila or any nearby cities.
