Wordpress & Web Traffic Expert Needed - Manila

My current site isn't attracting an audience. It focuses on too many things and the blog is in a sub folder.
I will be moving all non-fitness related info to another site eventually. The current site will focus on my theme of "Build Muscle Lose Fat" and will have the blog as the main entry point.
I will take care of most file deletions so all you will need to do is over write the current index page)

The blog requires a Wordpress / traffic getting expert to fix it up. Must be able to give and meet specific time-lines. Must have experience with traffic optimization. Must have a good sense of web design. The blog to be fixed is www.sebastianmaclean.com/blog and my site is located at www.sebastianmaclean.com

Here is what I need fixed in the current blog:

1. I am looking to have the blog optimized for affiliate links, ping backs, social media links, seo, viral invites, opt ins, ad-sense, bookmarking, rss feeds and content sharing. Anything that will increase traffic. My permalink structure also needs to be adjust to www.domain.com/article, but I haven't done this yet because I was afraid of breaking links to current blog posts. I don't know if that covers it all, but I am looking to get as much traffic as I can. (I would also like my blog categories keyword optimized, but can likely handle that myself. )
2. Aside from the standard blog layout and optimization stuff, I would like the blog to have an about page (with photos and text from the current bodybuilding section of my site) and a contact page.
3. In general, I seem tot be having a problem with the layout and look, so I'd be happy to provide any images or graphics I have so that the blog can be made to look attractive.

I am willing to do some of the plug-in work myself, as well as the keyword research for site categories, but would like the blog in decent shape for me to do this. I am not a coder or blog designer, as you can see. Essentially I need this site to look good and be accessible.
